When you create an account, place an order, or submit a sourcing request, we collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address(es), and order/payment history.

2. How we use it

We use this information to process and deliver orders, communicate order and tracking updates by email (and SMS, where enabled), respond to sourcing requests, and improve our catalog and service.

3. Payment information

Payments are processed by Paystack, Hubtel, or via manual bank/mobile money transfer. We do not store your card or mobile money PIN — those are handled directly by our payment providers.

4. Sharing

We share order and delivery details with payment processors and delivery partners only as needed to fulfil your order. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Your choices

You can update your address book and account details at any time from your account pages, and can ask us to delete your account data by contacting us through the sourcing requests page.
